Expect a delay during peak holiday seasons, unforeseen emergencies, or natural disasters.⁣
Ana la Venezolana cautions customers that we do not recommend shipping liquid or fragile items on orders designated as the most cost effective shipping method via UPS (United Postal Service). However, with a completed faxed or scanned disclaimer form, at the customer’s discretion we will honor the order and ship via UPS. The release of liability form must have the signature of the client, who agrees to eliminate the responsibility of Ana la Venezolana. We will not be responsible in any way for damage and will not cooperate with claims filed in the event of damage occurring during UPS transit.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING⁣
Typically each shipping estimate is based solely on the weight of the order, the cubic measurements and the delivery destination provided. If changes are made after your order has been submitted, another postage must be made and paid for.⁣
All shipping estimates are NON-BINDING and may be subject to additional verification and service charges required at time of shipment. Actual total charges will be determined at time of shipment.⁣

SHIPPING COSTS⁣
From the month of July 2022 we have the promotion with the minimum purchase of $59.99 we will make free shipping to any part of the United States that does not exceed 70 lbs in weight, this can be modified without prior notice.⁣
Regularly the payment of shipping costs is always the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer bears shipping cost, owns goods in transit, and is responsible for filing any damage claims, also known as FOB Origin and Freight Collect. All freight charges paid in advance with a credit card are subject to a 3% charge. PLEASE NOTE: ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE STRICTLY ON A PAY PER PAYMENT BASIS.

COLLECTION POLICY⁣
By Clients⁣
Your order will be packed and ready to be collected in the shortest possible time but according to the size of your order. Clients must first verify our appointment schedule with the person in charge by Ana la Venezolana.

PAYMENT⁣⁣
We cannot ship, deliver or release merchandise for collection until the order has been paid for and received in full.⁣⁣

ORDER STATUS⁣⁣

You can see the current status (with real-time updates) of your order(s) when you log in and access the “My Account” section. On the “Account Profile” page, select “Order History” and then find the OS/Invoice Number or Order Reference Number you want more details about. A description of the status of your order will appear on the same row under the “Status” column.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS⁣
Any customer with canceled orders will bear the cost of return shipping. Additionally, any order that has been processed in the warehouse is subject to a 20% restocking fee.⁣
Shipping perishable items⁣
Orders containing perishable items (identified by the presence of a “perishable” label in the description) will only ship on Monday or Tuesday. Perishable items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.⁣
Perishable shipping rates will be calculated dynamically based on the number of items, their volume, and their weight.⁣
⁣
⁣Orders received on weekends or postal holidays will be processed the next business day.⁣

Meltable Items
We will ship orders containing melted products (such as chocolates) only at the beginning of the week, to reduce transit time and heat exposure in the summer season. Orders placed on or after Tuesday after 3 p.m. m. EST through Friday containing these products will ship at the beginning of the following week, unless we believe there is a high probability that they will arrive before the weekend.⁣
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other offshore island areas⁣
Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other offshore island areas will be calculated dynamically based on the number of items, their volume and their weight. They are excluded from the free shipping promotion with the minimum purchase of $59.99.⁣
International delivery⁣
International shipping is not offered. We only accept orders shipping to the United States.
